the manual is really skimpy about saving anything... but i'd like to know how to save settings and eventually a looping arpeggio.
is this possible ? there is a save button on the right. i used it and it created a file. but then when i clicked back on it ("loaded" it) i observed that the settings i had initially were not recorded. also for arpeggios can one record or save settings + the keys or notes sequence ?

Are you using standalone or as a VST? For some reason the G-Media softsynths won't let you save settings when standalone.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.
