I bought an SCSI hard-drive for my A-3000 a few months ago, but ferrying samples over from my PC via floppy disc is getting a little tedious. Cheap SCSI cards for the PC seem to be readily available. But, I'm guessing, since the hard-drive has been formatted with Yamaha's proprietary format, Windows probably won't just let me open it like a normal drive and start plopping WAV files onto it. Supposedly there is (or was) a free program called
A3K Disky that allowed you to do exactly this, or at least that's what I can glean from old message board references to it. However, it seems to have completely disappeared from the net. None of the links to where it used to be actually go anywhere, and I can't find any new references to it.
So, if anyone here knows where I could download it, or has a copy that you could send me as a ZIP file, I would be forever in your debt (or I'd think fondly of you for several days, at least

.)
I just need to simplify the damned workflow here, or I'm going to give up on this sampling thing altogether.
