Truth about the Akai X3700...?

Post by MacroComposer » Fri Dec 19, 2008 9:07 am

So I kind of wanted one. However, there were only a couple google hits, I got a little suspicious...and then I found this: http://www.synrise.de/history/akai_4.htm. Is the VSE page wrong? Does anybody know if this thing was commercially available??

AFAIK this was only ever a prototype... It was displayed at a trade show, and that's it.
