not sure if you already tried this, but why don't you ask the author of the video? he was last online 4 days ago, so you're likely to receive a response.
EDIT: if you read thru the comments, he tells you what patch it is, so i'm almost certain he'll tell you more info if you ask:
"Can anyone show me how to make or download a patch like that for Triton Extreme?
"I think the Triton has the same sound card. Download the PCG from Korg. Use Combi preset108 Bank A."
