Moog Prodigy + Noise box?

Post by miguel567_98 » Thu Mar 26, 2009 8:07 pm

Hi, i recently bought a moded Moog Prodigy. I does sound really nice... i still need to get to know it better, but i'm already missing the noise pot on this synth.

Can you guys suggest me a noise box that will suite good for the typical moog noise? Will i get a good freq sweep when setting it up like this: prodigy -> noise box -> audio out ?

I've check the Moog FreqBox, it does sound good, but it is expensive and also it has some features that i already have on the prodigy.

thanks!

You can simply make very small diy noisegen, solder it to vcf input on pcb and mount knob + swith on panel :)
