those aren't exactly ridiculous, check out sold listings on ebay. 707 for $395, 727 for freaking $730.

Ok...
That might explain the listing!
I swear I saw a 707 listed a month ago locally for around $300, which is the more "regular" price...
Still, pretty weird flaming up! Unless a sudden mod frenzy is happening.

The 707 and 727 have been on my wanted list for a while and I've noticed that the prices in the UK seem to have shot up in the last few months.

Re: Ridiculous eBay 'Buy-it-now' and starting bids.
Extremely rare!!
the last "10" that sold on eBay averaged $1k and less .To top it off he is selling the MOSS board in another auction. They gave the MOSS away with the purchase of a new Extreme in 2006.
Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

A lot of problems for something that looks like it is in good "cosmetic" condition though. Do you think? Odd. (I know you can't judge a book by it's cover etc. etc.)..

Re: Ridiculous eBay 'Buy-it-now' and starting bids.
The only people I feel just the tiniest tinge of sympathy for right now are the ones who said, "Huh. You know, I never use this MS-10/MS-20 any more. They fetch pretty decent prices on eBay. I think I'll sell mine." Oops. Sucks for you. However, that's probably a very small number of people. Although if I had paid an inflated price for classic MS, I would feel like a sucker right now, at least just a bit.walkathon wrote:
