TR 707 Rimshot fader missing - no sound
Has anybody here ever had to replace a slider on the Roland TR 707? Mine has a slider for the Rimshot/cowbell missing and there is no sound from it, also any ideas on where to pick up a slider, ideally in Europe. One other thing i thought was curious, when i trigger a sound from the TR707 with my MPC 2500 a full level, that sound is noticeably louder than when i press the actual pad for the sound on the 707. I would've thought you would get full velocity from the 707 pads themselves, maybe not...
