Connect a JV1010 to my Windows Xp PC

Post by brettrock » Wed Apr 07, 2010 5:28 am

I recently acquired a JV1010 and I want to connect to my PC to do the following;
line up the performance bank sounds
turn off receive program changes via midi.
Can I use a generic UBB to Midi adaptor?
Where can I find the software. At one time i thought I saw the software on Roland's site.
Not looking to edit sounds so much, just rearrange their location
Thanks in advance!

Yes, a generic USB to MiDI adaptor will work. Can't help you with the software question.
