Pop fans: keyboard and keyboardist ID

Can someone ID the keyboard and keyboard player here? Nice minimal performance.

La Roux at Viktor & Rolf mens 2011, Paris

I don't really like the heavy hip-hop sounding kicks in La Roux's studio stuff, which sounds too much like Britney Spears or something, but this minimal sound is really nice. It sounds more authentic/vintage. I'm not sure how other vintage pop afficionados feel about this, but I can't get into the heavy bass kicks on steroids in all the electronic music these days. In hip-hop it makes sense, but it's also making its way into every other music genre. I mean I'm pretty sure hip-hop invented that punchy sound (which I think the heavy kicks are a part of) via the use of samplers, but it's everywhere now.

Looks like it says Oberheim on the back, so I'm guessing OB32.

You mean an OB3? Why isn't that on VSE? Is it because it's an organ?
