Bad cosmetic synths ebay, where are they?

Post by rukiddnme29 » Sat Jul 03, 2010 5:23 am

Anyone else notice that it's really rare to find a good working synth in questionable cosmetic condition for sale on ebay? There are a few but compared to most other instruments, they are far fewer synths/keyboards. I maybe wrong about this but I haven't seen them. My brother played keys for many years live and would just junk or give away perfectly fine working synths but looked like all Hedes. The only thing I managed to keep was a torn and tathered Wurlitzer 200. I saw a Emu Vintage Keys keyboard on Ebay a few months back for Buy It Now something like $300. Didnt have the money at the time but was very shocked that a rare board was actually there in that condition, for cheap. I imagine this is less common with newer synths. Pre-digital is usally pretty done if it looks bad. Anybody find anything in working condition on Ebay or anywhere else for that matter?
Mmm Hm
