One "last" thing - despite being a much sought-after synth, you need to find out whether you actually like its sound or not, and I'd advice trying out one before you do your purchase. The Interface and features are indeed great, but it's the sound that matters and I think you don't want to exchange money by having to sell it shortly after buying because the sound just isn't right for you :)

Check this thread, particularly the contrasting answers between meatballfulton and tallow: http://www.vintagesynth.com/forum/viewt ... =1&t=59495

Again, I'm willing to record a couple of demos, but it'd be probably best if you tried one at a friend's or a store.

I might have a chance to try one out soon.. My friend has a TI polar, so I can at least see how the engine sounds.

The store nearby has one too... will check out, my problem is I don't think I'll have enough play time with them get a big grasp of what they can do.... other than playing some presets etc. Especially at that store, full of sharks man.. they see you playing something expensive and they try pushing it on you for sure. You mention that your just looking around and they treat you like you don't exist.

You could tell the clerks you're interested in buying TWO of them  but at least hearing the presets is better than nothing at all.
