It's kind of a pointless question, since I think most if not all DAWs are capable of sending a stable MIDI clock, given the right configuration.
But if it's any help, I have been running my ESX (same s**t) on MIDI sync for years with Sonar 7 and Live 7. Getting rock solid timing with both.
Live has a very user friendly MIDI setup window in which you can offset the MIDI clock to be in perfect time with your PC audio driver.
