Alesis SR-16 Difference's
As most of you know between 2000-2011 SR-16's have been popping up under other brand names. Some are ION, First Act, etc. Now I am not saying this is a bad thing concidering young musician's can now get there paws on a great drum machine for a fair price! My question and I have noticed that Alesis and all knock off's I assume made by Alesis and sold to other labels just do not sound as strong as the older SR-16's... What do you guys think? Change in certain op-amp components cutting down in cost of certain parts or just mass production? Or perhaps nothing at all. YOUR SAY!
