I have a Juno 60 that seems to work very well EXCEPT it lost all my sounds... I reloaded the factory presets last night,
played around with them for awhile, and then turned it off.
This afternoon when I turned on my Juno 60 again, most of the presets make no sound, or I have to fiddle with the envelopes to get anything.
I've gone through this twice, maybe I need to change the battery? Is there a battery to change?
any help would be appreciated, as I have an 80's gig coming up and definitely want to use this board!!!
thanks!

Re: JUNO 60 HELP
Sounds like a dead/bad battery to me. I had the same thing occur and a simple battery exchange (wee bit of soldering) fixed it no sweat.

Re: JUNO 60 HELP
Yes it has a battery to retain patches when you switch off. Sounds like your battery might be dead.
Here's a link on how to replace it : http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_ch ... ynthesizer

Re: JUNO 60 HELP
Thanks for the quick replies–
this is very helpful... although I might try to find this battery in the NYC area, since I don't know if Syntaur can get me the battery in time...
thanks again! This forum rules

Re: JUNO 60 HELP
I think places like Radio Shack may carry batteries, it's been some time since I replaced mine.
