How many of you would be willing to buy an MFB-522 if it was in a fullsize case with fullsize pots/knobs/button/plugs?
'

This change should in no way at all cost more than 100 euro (it shouldn't cost more than 50 but lets be generous.. it'd still be a bargain)

Who here would pay 350-400 euro for a fullsized MFB-522?

I totally think we could con mannfred into doing some if we got a group buy together or something.. anyone interested?

It would require a redesign of the circuit boards, the knobs you see on the 522 are actually the pot shafts and are soldered right onto the board. After playing around with one when I was in Berlin I don't think it needs to be any bigger, the first thing I'd change would be having 16 buttons rather than 8, but even that was totally workable.

That thing is such a bargain, I don't know why everyone doesn't have one.
