Reversing audio in Logic

Post by ned-ryarson » Wed Oct 10, 2012 4:31 pm

Hey folks, I'm trying to reverse audio in Logic Pro. I can (and often do) do it all the time on my laptop. When I use the imacs at a local university, though, the option to reverse the audio in the sample editor is grey'd out.

I've tried everything - 'convert region to new audio file'(wave file), 'bounce in place' to convert midi to audio etc, made a copy of it etc and no it's not Apple Loop neither, as I realise that can be an issue. No mention in the Logic Pro manual - just 'Sample editor/functions/reverse audio' - duh.. and any tutorials I watched only mention the things above, all of which i've tried.

What the f**k is going on!

Thanks
