Hi!
Having reorganised and upgraded my home studio, I now seem to be missing one piece of gear: a USB mixer that can control Cubase SX3. Any suggestions? This would really be for mixing as opposed to recording, to avoid moving the virtual sliders up and down with the computer mouse. I don't need any built-in effects or EQ, just a hardware version of the Cubase mixer basically with as many channel sliders as possible. Is there such a mixer on the market? It has to be USB, not Firewire. Thanks.

Re: Hardware mixer for Cubase SX3
What you're looking for is not a mixer, you're looking for a fader-based control surface to use like a mixer. Products like this range from the tiny faders on a Korg NanoKontrol, through the Behringer BCF, up to thousand-dollar mixer tables with piles of motorized faders.
