He is obviously using a Space Echo, but the rest of this stuff I haven't seen before. You can get a perfect shot at the gear when he gets up 15:02, anyways it is a pretty sick video.
Can anyone identify these synths/sequencers?

Not pressed play yet but just from the screen shot they all look like MFB boxes.
Edit: Big black one could be a Kraftzwerg, Blue is a MFB Synth 2, little red one is a MFB Drumcomputer and the other little black one could be the filterbox thingy.
Might watch it later.

Good call, they are MFB, I've heard them mentioned but I haven't paid much attention to them. They sound pretty decent. Is the company reputable? And what is the general consensus of their product line?

I have had a couple of MFB boxes and while they can be fiddly, I liked them. I broke the 64step sequencer with an adapter and had the polarity on the socket the wrong way round.
