Korg Triton Disk Format
I just got a Korg Triton Pro X and the disk will not format the floppy. It did format my SCSI Hard Drive. I'm thinking there is an issue with the software. (Of course I need to format the floppy to create a new factory preload or update the OS). Does that sound reasonable? (Sorry this is probably a dumb question but I am a rookie!!)

Re: Korg Triton Disk Format
Sounds like the drive is toast. The Triton can use bioth DD and HD floppies so it shouldn't be a floppy type issue.
Try formatting on your computer (hope you own a floppy drive!) as MS-DOS and see if the Triton can read it.
Good luck.

I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

Re: Korg Triton Disk Format
Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to format the disk on my PC and the disk was able to read the contents.
