Dug my TG-33 out a while ago after being in storage.
Now it won't work.
Unfortunately it turns out that I can't make the TG-33 make a sound, not a squeek from the 2 stereo pairs at the back or even the headphone jack. It was working perfectly about a fortnight ago and its seen little to no use over the last 5 years.
I did a factory reset, and I did the Internal diagnostics in the Engineering menu. All the IC chips report OK, as do the FM and op-amps. It also makes the 60hz 'click' when turned on with a 1/4" cable plugged into an amp which indicates that none of the traces on the PCB are cut and corroded.
So.... I'm stumped! Any thoughts?

How did you reset the unit ? It seems like a VERY obscure question on the web these days !jimi_t wrote:Dug my TG-33 out a while ago after being in storage.

Hold down sequentially [Voice] + [Demo] + [16] + [Copy] + [Yes] ??
And how to do an Internal diagnostics in the Engineering menu ??
