Korg Prophecy OS Upgrade

I'm looking for OS #20 images or pre-programmed EPROMs for my Korg Prophecy. There're ROMs in my instrument now, but I've sourced the recommended EPROMs on eBay, so the only question is getting them filled with proper code.
It seems that Korg UK still does this upgrades (

I'll be purchasing a Korg Prophecy soon and I was wondering if anyone has a source for the version 20 OS. I've seen them on eBay and I've contacted Korg support (they no longer have them). Does anyone know where I could find it?

well, I have some spare EPROMs. can program these for Korg Prophecy. Firmware is tested and working.

recently purchased a Prophecy and whoa loving it ... like a dream come true.

the arpeggiator although fabulous isn't staying in time with an external clock signal,
so i'm keen to upgrade the eproms to version 20..

just found this thread yesterday

out of interest, are there any recommendations about opening up the Prophecy?

i'm going to save each screw to return to its position when closing the unit.

Hey everyone - once again trying to upgrade my Prophecy so I can use sysex...

Bought the chips, took the unit apart, installed the chips as directed. When I power on the unit, I appear to be in some type of "service" mode.

Since I currently can't use the Prophecy to make music anymore, I played around in this mode a little and found that by powering on the unit and holding the [EXIT] and [COMPARE] buttons down simultaneously, I can confirm the Prophecy (not OS version) is 1.13.

Can someone with a working Prophecy AND Operating System 20 please let me know if their Prophecy version is also 1.13?
