I wonder if anyone has bought Eproms from this ebay seller?
I've bought a number of stitches, keys, fader caps form them and find them very reliable over all, but am aware that often buying upgrade Eproms can lead to more trouble that it's worth. This seller has dozens of them, and at least a dozen upgrade Eproms I'd love to buy for various synths I own, but am apprehensive until I get some feedback on the quality.
Has anyone bought Eproms from them and can comment on the quality?
Thanks!

Re: Buying upgrade Eproms - is this seller OK?
I don't know that I've bought anything from that particular merchant, but I have bought several EPROMs off ebay before (I know for both my Ensoniq synths and my ADA guitar preamp) and have had perfectly good experiences with each. I wouldn't sweat it.
"Sure that's fine in practice, but what about in theory?"

Maybe this is not what you are looking for, but it is really not that hard to burn your own EPROMs.
You can get a programmer like a TL866 II plus on Ebay for about $40, which quickly pays off if you intend to get a dozen EPROMs.
