Just figured I'd close this loop - first, thank you to those of you who helped me offline, to let me know that I needed to be zoomed in much more than the images above displayed. The problem was finally narrowed down to a faulty socket for the OS HI EPROM, with one pin not working properly. Replacing that socket has fixed the synth!
